Your use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions below. By using any part of this website, completing your customer registration with us or placing an order on the website, you agree to the terms and conditions, which also include our privacy policy. Dr.Ankerstjerne does not guarantee that all items in the online store will always be in stock. If the consumer has purchased a product that is not available, dr. Ankerstjerne reserves the right to cancel the order. In this case, the consumer will be contacted by dr.Ankerstjerne.
Taxes and fees
All prices are shown in NOK and the customer will be charged in this currency. Please note that all prices in the online store include Norwegian VAT/VAT of 25%. VAT/VAT will be deducted from all orders shipped outside of Norway, but the buyer is responsible for the cost of all import duties, taxes and charges upon arrival. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing.
Payment
We accept Visa card, Mastercard, VIPPS payment and invoice through NETS EASY with RIVERTY as the invoice supplier. When you have placed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. This will include the payment reference and the total value of your order, as well as the amount charged to your card. We will send you an update by email when your products have been packed and shipped. When purchasing by invoice, the buyer accepts that the claim upon confirmation of the order/purchase will be immediately transferred to NETS EASY, or another third party, who is responsible for collection. Matters regarding the invoice are therefore a matter between the buyer and NETS EASY or any other third party to whom the claim has been transferred, or who for other reasons is responsible for collection of the claim. Inquiries regarding invoice collection must therefore be directed to NETS EASY or any other third party.
Shipping
We aim to ship orders received before 10am the same day. Orders received after 10am will be shipped the next business day. Shipping is handled by Bring, Helt Hjem and Porter Buddy. You select a color option at checkout. Any shipping costs will be listed at checkout. Estimated shipping times are listed at checkout under each shipping option. Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, shipping delays and/or stock availability.
International orders
Dr. Ankerstjerne offers international shipping. Shipping costs of 200 NOK are added to all international orders. All import duties, taxes and fees in the recipient country are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
Complaints and returns
We of course hope that you are super happy with your new Dr.Ankerstjerne product! But if that is not the case, we would like to hear from you. We do not have a treatment guarantee or guarantee that you will achieve a desired result. All skin is different and therefore results and effects will also vary from person to person.
For hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns on skincare products.
If you discover an error when you receive the product, we ask that you send an email to kundeservice@ankerstjerne.no explaining the error in the product.
