Your use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions below. By using any part of this website, completing your customer registration with us or placing an order on the website, you agree to our terms and conditions, which also include our privacy policy. Dr.Ankerstjerne does not guarantee that all goods in the online store are always in stock. If the consumer has purchased a product that is not available, Dr. Ankerstjerne reserves the right to cancel the order. In this case, the consumer will be contacted by Dr. Ankerstjerne.

Taxes and fees

All prices are shown in NOK and the customer is debited in this currency. Note that all prices in the online shop include Norwegian VAT/VAT of 25%. VAT will be deducted from all orders sent outside Norway, but the buyer is responsible for the cost of all import duties, taxes and charges on arrival. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing.

Payment

We accept Visa cards, Mastercard, VIPPS payment and invoices through NETS EASY with RIVERTY as invoice supplier. Once you have placed the order, an order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. This shows the payment reference and the total value of your order, as well as the amount charged to your card. We will send you an update by email when your products have been packed and shipped. When purchasing by invoice, the buyer accepts that the claim upon confirmation of the order/purchase is immediately transferred to NETS EASY, or another third party, which is responsible for collection. The situation regarding the invoice is therefore a matter between the buyer and NETS EASY or any other third party to whom the claim has been transferred, or who for other reasons is responsible for the collection of the claim. Inquiries according to invoice collection must therefore be directed to NETS EASY or any other third party.

Shipment

We aim to ship orders received before 10am on the same day. Orders received after 10am are dispatched the next working day. Shipping is handled by Bring, Helt Hjem and Porter Buddy. You choose a color option in the checkout at checkout. Bring Pakke i Postkassen is free for shipments in Norway. For the remaining shipping options, a shipping fee is added. Indicative shipping time is stated in the checkout at checkout under each shipment option. Please note that delivery times are given as guidelines and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, delays with shipping and/or stock availability.

International orders

Dr. Ankerstjerne offers international shipping. Shipping costs of NOK 200 are added to all international orders. All import duties, taxes and charges in the recipient country are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing.

Complaints and returns

Of course, we hope that you are super satisfied with your new Dr.Ankerstjerne product! But if that's not the case, we'd love to hear from you. We have no treatment guarantee or guarantee that you will achieve the desired result. All skin is different and therefore results and effects will also vary from person to person.

For hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns on skin care products.

If you discover an error when you receive the product, we ask that you send an e-mail to kundeservice@ankerstjerne.no. explaining the error in the product.
