For pregnant women: You can safely use all the products with the exception of Superfood multipurpose vitamin face gel when you are pregnant. The reason is that Superfood contains vitamin A (Retinyl Palmitate). Pregnant women should limit their intake of vitamin A during pregnancy because high intakes of vitamin A are associated with an increased risk of birth defects. The Norwegian Food Safety Authority therefore recommends that pregnant women avoid skin care products containing vitamin A. If you are pregnant and have already used Superfood, you do not need to worry. The recommendation is based on the principle of being on the safe side.

For breastfeeding: You can safely use all products, including Superfood multipurpose vitamin face gel.

Usually a 50 ml tube of cream lasts 2-5 months. It is difficult to say exactly how much product you should use each time, as it depends on your starting point. For most people, it is sufficient to use a quantity of product equivalent to a small pea, so that the products are usually used for a long time.

How much product your skin needs depends on both skin type and the season. Dry and mature skin needs more product than young and oily skin. All skin types need more product in the winter when it's cold outside. In addition, you must use more day cream with UV protection if you stay longer in the sun, to avoid damage caused by UV rays.

When the skin reacts when getting used to a new skin care routine, it can be due to conditions on the skin or the active ingredients in the product.

The skin is a living organ that takes about 6 weeks to adapt to a new skin care routine. It is not abnormal to experience dandruff/itching/bumps or the like for a short period when the skin is introduced to new products, and is getting used to a new skin care routine. The pain should be mild, transient and disappear quickly.

You handle getting used to it like this: Take a short break from the product until the skin is back to normal. Then start with a gradual introduction. Try using the product every other day for a short period, then step up to using the product once a day.

Gradual introduction is especially a good idea if you have sensitive skin.

How quickly or how much effect is experienced is very individual, and depends on your starting point. Degree of hydration, hormonal status, age, season, local factors on the skin, which products have been used before, exposure to sun, wind and weather are some of the factors that affect how much effect is achieved. That is some will experience a lot of improvement and others less. We have no guarantee that everyone will achieve the desired effect.

It is very individual how quickly or how much effect you experience.

The starting point is different from person to person. Have you been taking care of your skin all your life? Or have you never cared about cream and sun protection? Age, skin type and skin condition, degree of hydration, previous damage to the skin, eczema, disease and heredity, are some of the things that will be important. External factors also affect the skin's needs and thus how the skin reacts to products; Most skin types, for example, need richer or more product when it's cold outside.

Because the starting point and the results vary from person to person, all our products have been examined in clinical studies. Therefore, we can say something about the effect on a more general basis. In the long-term studies, the products are used as the only skin care product daily for 8 weeks. When assessing the effect on wrinkle length and depth, the results are obtained by comparing 3D scan images before and after the test period. In the clinical studies that evaluate the effect on the skin's tightness and elasticity, a device, Cutometer, is used, which measures the skin's elastic properties.

We are often asked if we have clean products. Clean products are not a certification or classification, such as organic or vegan. We therefore try to avoid using this designation.

All our products are vegan and free of parabens and microplastics. Wash is also free of perfume.

Certain ingredients are organic. Which can be seen from the packaging.

Our products are manufactured in Denmark. All products meet all requirements and standards in Norway, Denmark and the EU.

The products have many active ingredients. Certain ingredients have a slightly medicinal / clinical scent. The products are not fragrance-free. We have chosen not to add strong perfumes to drown out the slightly 'medicinal' scent that the ingredients have.

When we receive your order, an order confirmation is sent by e-mail to the e-mail address that was entered when ordering. Sometimes the order confirmation is caught in the spam filter. It may therefore be a good idea to look for the email in the spam filter and mark it as not spam. Then you will also, if you have ticked it, receive newsletters, offers etc. that we send out once in a while.

When the item is packed in stock and ready to be sent to you, we will send a new email informing you that the items are on their way.

We ship with Posten / Bring, Porter Buddy or Helt hjem. You choose the shipping method at checkout.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Friday. Shipping time for regular orders is 2-5 working days depending on where in the country you live.

Sample orders: We are experiencing a very high demand for samples and there may therefore be a slight delay in packing and dispatch of the samples. The samples are sent by Posten/Bring with delivery in your mailbox. Usually the shipment takes about 14 days. If you still have not received the samples 14 days after your order, we would be very happy to hear from you again.

We deduct the money for your order when the order is sent for packing in our warehouse and sent to you

Our products have no treatment guarantee. That is we do not offer returns if you have not achieved the desired effect after 6-8 weeks.
